Restoring Properties, Rebuilding Community!

At Upcycle Me, we specialize in seeing what others overlook—transforming neglected and underutilized properties into thoughtfully restored homes and spaces.

Founded in 2015, our work is rooted in the belief that every property has value worth reclaiming and every neighborhood has the potential to be strengthened through intentional development.

Together, Natalie and Joshua lead the vision and execution of each project. Natalie drives strategy, design vision, and operations , while Joshua leads construction, rehabilitation, and hands-on project execution. Together, we bridge the gap between vision and build.

Our approach goes beyond renovation. We focus on responsible redevelopment, quality craftsmanship, and long-term neighborhood impact. Each project is guided by stewardship, durability, and respect for the communities we serve.

At Upcycle Me, our mission is simple: restore properties with purpose, strengthen neighborhoods, and create homes that people are proud to live in.

Meet Joshua!

Founder | Experience: 20+ years owning Real Estate + Contracting

Joshua has been in construction since a young age learning from his uncle. His ability to execute any project, small or large, is across multiple industries. Joshua is an Electrical Engineer and Project Manager. Joshua engages the manufacturing, industrial and utility sectors through safety, process optimization, cost reduction and servient leadership. He is resilient in problem solving at many organizational levels. These qualities position him to manage personnel, equipment, and a dynamic, fast-paced operation. Joshua is no stranger to the long hours and hazardous environments inherent to spaces such as the steel industry, oil refineries and commercial construction. He has certifications from OSHA and the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (CDL). Certified in Electric Arc Flash and CPR/First Aid. These acknowledgements compliment his formal education and dual degrees in Engineering and Spanish. He proactively diversifies his knowledge base to stay current with the needs of an ever-changing industrial marketplace.

During the past (20) years, Joshua has proven his ability to learn in a formal, academic setting and from the men and women who fabricate tractor-trailers, pour molten steel, and generate and transmit domestic energy. These interactions have helped him to excel as an effective communicator and realize the interplay between practical aspects of the manufacturing environment and the empirical demands of a global economy.

Since April 2021, Joshua stepped into entrepreneurship full-time as a Project Engineer and Contractor. He has owned real estate in Indiana, Ohio, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. His professional background and personal drive compliments the execution of every project he undertakes.
